Polished Recruiting is close to my heart. In 2021, God gave me Polished Interactions. My goal was to go into small and mid-size businesses and help them build out the HR function of their companies. We have done that successfully for the last four years. Before that, I built million-dollar teams and earned an MBA and Senior SHRM certifications.

All the while, my husband Kye has supported God’s wish and purpose for my life and this company. He has earned experience as a recruiter by trade. In 2025, we decided to merge our talents and expand into recruiting.

This has been hard for me as I have watched my clients be raked over the coals by recruiters for 10’s of thousands in fees and less than optimal results.

Polished Recruiting explores recruiting from a different angle. We offer fixed-rate recruiting. That means from entry to senior, it is one fee?

Why? Because I know firsthand that sometimes you start a search and realize you need to adjust maybe more pay, maybe less or maybe that entry level is actually senior. A flat rate gives you the flexibility to do what is best for YOUR business.
